The St. Louis Business Journal has selected Necole Cheung, executive director of the Christian Hospital Foundation, and Steven Player, PharmD, Barnes-Jewish Hospital executive director of diversity, inclusion and community engagement, for its 2020 class of Diverse Business Leaders. Cheung joined CH in 2018 and Player joined BJH in 1995.
The recognition program honors local companies, nonprofits and civic leaders for their commitment to employing a diverse workforce and having programs, initiatives, resources and community involvement promoting diversity.
The 20 honorees in this year’s class were profiled in the Sept. 25 issue of the Business Journal. Their stories demonstrate the increasingly important role that diversity and inclusion play in the workplace and community.
