We are excited to announce that the 2024 BESt program will take place on the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis. This new location allows the BESt program to offer students an unparalleled learning experience, in a world-class environment, while interacting with professionals from some of St. Louis’ premier organizations, including BJC Healthcare, Cigna Healthcare, and Washington University St. Louis.
HANDS-ON, INTERACTIVE, AND FUN!
The BESt program is known for its commitment to fostering educational growth and personal development in students. Operating from the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis (Monday through Friday) marks a significant milestone in the program’s mission to empower students with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in a healthcare career. Through a dynamic curriculum of hands-on, interactive, and FUN college preparatory programming, students will not only enhance their academic skills but also develop essential life skills crucial for success in college and beyond.
CAMPUS LIFE FOR RISING SENIORS
Holding the BESt program on the Danforth Campus of Washington University in St. Louis allows us to offer rising seniors the full college experience. These participants will have the opportunity to reside in the dormitories on the Danforth Campus. Evening social events and activities will further enrich BESt experience for rising seniors, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie that can’t be found anywhere else. In total, this campus life experience promises to be transformative for all participants.
COMPLETELY FREE
One of the most compelling aspects of the BESt program is its accessibility – it’s completely FREE for all participants. This commitment to accessibility ensures that students from all backgrounds have the opportunity to benefit from the program’s invaluable resources and mentorship opportunities. Moreover, participants will have the chance to forge valuable connections with professionals in the healthcare field, paving the way for future career opportunities and mentorship.
